Paper Cutter w/Slim Design and Slide-Out Arm will Cut 12" x 12" Paper

Cheap Paper Cutter w/Slim Design and Slide-Out Arm will Cut 12" x 12" Paper Review

I love this little cutter! The base is only 6 "wide, so it's perfect for travel, the orange part of the handle and measuring arm and shop in the unit .. The key to using this cutter is good for your paper to secure to the orange paper, wait, that attached to the top of the cutter, the only drawback to the cutter. is when you cut to a specific location or a box, it's hard to see where you cut, unless you have a light source under the cutedge. Otherwise I would suggest it to anyone!
